Our founder, Lisa Berry, is not just our CEO. She's a leadership coach and international speaker.  Using her 25 years as a leader in the tech industry, she's lived and learned why the key for success, as an effective leader, starts with a mindset shift that begins with confidence. She is committed to help rising and experienced leaders, and individuals become better versions of themselves so they can serve their teams more effectively.

Driven by a genuine empathy forged through personal and professional challenges, she created the Program, 4 Pillars of Leadership Excellence where her approach focuses on mindset shifts, through teaching others about the power of microshifts, while reframing obstacles into opportunities, and fostering personal evolution. This journey isn't solitary; it's about empowering individuals to thrive, creating a ripple effect of positive change.

In addition to working with individuals, she also works as a consultant helping businesses identify gaps, and the opportunities to improve, and better invest in their staff, so they become a more cohesive organization. In addition to the 4 Pillars of Leadership Excellence Program, she conducts other leadership training workshops, and has keynote programs that can be customized to your organization or team needs. As an authorized Blanchard Partner, she also facilitates SLII leadership training.
